Class Descriptions

Slow Flow: Through gentle movement, somatics, breathwork, and restorative techniques, you’ll flow through slow sequences, calming poses, and deep stillness. Expect soothing, full-body stretches —many say this practice feels as relaxing as a massage! This isn’t about power yoga or pushing limits; it’s about easing tension and creating space to revitalize both the body and mind.


Restorative: This Restorative class is an opportunity to feel supported and at ease. Using props and long-held poses, you’ll create space for deep rest and recalibration. Sarah’s teaching offers a grounding presence and gentle encouragement, making it easy to release tension and reconnect with yourself. Suitable for all levels, this class invites you to leave feeling balanced, steady, and renewed.

Policies & How to prepare
  • Purchases of drop-ins and class passes are non-refundable and non-transferrable. Your class pass will begin on the day of your first class.
  • Pre-registration is required for all classes. Online registration is open until 30 minutes before class starts.
  • Please arrive 15 minutes before the start of class. We begin on time.
  • We require a 2 hour notice for cancellations. Cancellations must be made on Momence or by emailing (sarahecarey7@gmail.com) 2 hours before the start of class. Failure to do so will result in 1 class being removed from your purchase.
  • Dress appropriately. Wear comfortable, loose or form fitting clothing. Layers help to adjust for temperature changes during and after class. We suggest wearing either socks with grips or going barefoot.
  • Bring a yoga mat with you to class. There will be props and mats to borrow as needed
