Hi! I’m Sarah—a yoga teacher and health coach committed to creating a welcoming space for those seeking healing. Since 2013, I’ve been guiding individuals and groups across my home state of Connecticut, blending mindfulness, movement, and practical lifestyle tools to help you feel more vibrant, resilient, and aligned.
My teaching focuses on restoring balance, healing from stress and trauma, and cultivating sustainable routines. In every class and session, I strive to create a space where you feel heard, supported, and deeply attuned to yourself. The most fulfilling part of my work is the long-term relationships I’ve built with clients and class participants. Whether offering support through a challenging time or celebrating moments of growth, these connections are my greatest reward.
My own journey includes healing from trauma, domestic violence, autoimmune diseases, and mental health challenges. Everything I offer stems from lived experience—the tools I teach are the same ones that helped me rediscover a sense of safety and regulation. In many ways, I am my own client, continually learning and growing alongside those I guide.
When I’m not teaching, you’ll often find me cuddling with my hound dog, Huckleberry, roasting vegetables, reading memoirs, or exploring the woods.
I work privately with clients, host seasonal cleanses, and teach classes both virtually and in person at my studio, Clocktower Yoga, in Thomaston, Connecticut. Often I send out an email blog filled with short stories, essays, recipes, updates on my offerings—and, of course, plenty of photos of Huck!
